Please note that by making a reservation, you agree the following terms and conditions:

● Check-in starts at 14:30 p.m. If you arrive a few hours early, you can leave your luggage

at the reception for safekeeping and relax by the pool or the sea until your room is ready.

● Check-out time is 10:30 a.m.

● Cancellation is free of charge 7 days prior to your arrival date. In this case, you must

notify us in writing of your cancellation. The same applies in case you want to change or

modify your reservation.

● Baby cot and food seat for children under the age of three can be provided at no cost

upon request.

● Smoking is not permitted in any indoor parts of the building.

● Pets are not permitted.

● Room cleaning every 3 nights(or every 2 in case your reservation is 4 nights total).

● The bed linen and towels are changed every third day. Earlier changes may take place

upon request, with extra cost.

● Parties as well as any commercial use are not prohibited.

● It is prohibited to accommodate individuals who were not declared at the time of booking

or who exceed the maximum number of guests permitted in the room.
